Dashmetry The Deep Abyss

Instead of falling, Dashmetry The Deep Abyss flows sideways through the night like an unseen river. Without the option to turn back, every step must be taken forward.

Side-Scrolling In The Reflective Abyss

The space doesn't open up but gradually closes with each frame. This side-scrolling journey becomes a constant erosion of perception. The player doesn't progress through the level but is forced to synchronize with the speed, while all orientation becomes fragile. The character is always propelled forward at high speed, with no chance to stop to observe or adjust the pace. This creates a form of linear pressure—where every mistake occurs while you are still being pulled forward. Unlike levels with gradually increasing pace, here the speed is almost kept at a tense level from the start. Players are immediately drawn into the flow of movement, as the game allows no adaptation period.

A Never-Ending Series Of Mechanical Transformations

No single control scheme lasts long enough to become familiar. From ship cube to mini cube, each segment changes how you interact with space. Gravity constantly reverses direction, the pad forces trajectory, and the portal restructures the entire movement direction. The unique aspect lies in the fact that these mechanisms are not separate but linked in a chain. One wrong move affects the current moment and disrupts the entire rhythm afterward. Each input is a link in a sequence of activities; therefore, players must comprehend the movement flow system. Areas like Mini Matrix or Compressed Ramp don't rely on visual complexity but on compressing space. Blocks are placed close together, corridors narrow, and space almost disappears. This forces players to achieve near-perfect precision. Controls seem like a cube and a UFO, especially in mini-cube areas, where they need very short touches.
